Track event expenses and see the profit on each event

Event expense management software that records costs against the vendor and function that incurred them, client payments as they arrive, and what is actually left on each event.

Costs where they happened

Event expense management falls apart when costs are recorded in a general ledger and the event is somewhere else. Here an expense belongs to an event, a function and a vendor at the same time — which is the only way "what did the sangeet cost" has an answer.

Money coming in

Client payments record against the event as they arrive — the advance, the interim, the balance. The event knows how much has been collected and how much has not.

Money going out

Vendor payouts are tracked against the vendor and the event, so what is still owed to whom is a number rather than an argument.

Vendor management

Profit on this event, not on this year

What came in, what went out, what is left — per event. Most event businesses find out whether a wedding made money some months after it happened, if at all.

Who gets to see it

Financial data is role-gated on the server. Accounts and admin see the money; the roles that do not need it cannot reach it, whatever URL they try.

And it is still your data

Leads, events, customers, vendors, venues and tasks export to Excel whenever you want them somewhere else — including after you stop paying.

The financial dashboard is available from the Pro plan; the profit dashboard and advanced analytics are on Enterprise.

See it on your own work
