Event operations
Event management software for running the event itself
The operations half of event management software: functions, checklists, tasks, vendors, venues, quotations and expenses, all attached to one event record that moves as the work does.
One event record, everything hanging off it
This is event management software for the part after the contract is signed. The event holds its functions, its checklist, its vendors, its venue, its quotations, its expenses and its guest list — so "where are we on the Sharma wedding" is one screen, not four people’s memory.
Events and functions
An event splits into functions, each with its own date, venue and vendors. A corporate three-day conference and a four-function wedding are the same shape.
Checklists and tasks
Checklists attach to a function rather than to the event as a whole, so a five-function wedding does not become one list of two hundred items. Tasks carry an owner and a due date.
Vendors and venues
A vendor database and a venue database you build once and reuse across events, with the vendors for this event attached to it and their costs recorded against it.
Quotations and expenses
The commercial side lives on the same record: quotations with GST that the client accepts online, client payments coming in, vendor payouts and expenses going out.
Guests and RSVP
When the event has a guest list, it lives here too — with RSVP collection and reminders over the Official WhatsApp Business API.
Guest and RSVP features are available on the Enterprise plan.
Stages that reflect reality
The event carries a stage and a status that move as the work does — a quotation accepted moves it to Quotation Approved, an advance recorded moves it to Won. The board is current because the work updates it, not because someone remembered to.
