Guest lists by side and group, RSVP collected over the Official WhatsApp Business API, and reminders to the ones who have not replied. A guest can be attending the sangeet and not the mehendi, and the headcount per function reflects that.
Travel details sit on the guest record too — arrival mode, flight or train number, city and time — which is the part that matters when half the list is flying in.
